Aktivitet

• Udfører forebyggende og korrigerende vedligeholdelse af forskellige instrumenter
• Udfører sløjfetest fra en transmitter/ventil, SOV, grænseafbryder osv. ... til input/output af PCS/SSS
• Kalibrerer ventilmanipulatoren
• Målere og transmittere (tryk, niveau, temperatur og flow): evnen til at installere, fjerne, kalibrere og teste de mest almindelige typer enheder
• F&G-detektion: kontrol, kalibrering og test af de mest almindelige typer brand- og gasdetektorer (skal kunne sikre, at begrænsninger er på plads)

Profil

• Højere eksamen eller certifikat (HND/HNC (A-niveauer + 3 års studier) eller BTS/DUT eller tilsvarende inden for elfaget
• 1 til 10 års erfaring inden for O&G eller industri (1 til 5 for tekniker, 5 til 10 for faglært tekniker)

• Har en grundlæggende forståelse af faciliteterne/processen (fra brønd til eksport) Har kendskab til kulbrinternes adfærd og tilknyttede risici (eksplosion, asfyksi ...)
• Engelsktalende

Activity

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on various instruments
• Complete a loop test from a transmitter/valve, SOV, limit switch, etc. to input/output of PCS/SSS.
• Calibrate a valve positioner.
• Gauges & transmitters (pressure, level, temperature, and flow): be able to install, remove, calibrate, and test the most common types of devices.
• F&G detection: check, calibrate, and test the most common type of Fire & Gas detectors (be able to ensure inhibits are in place).

Profile

• Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent in electrical discipline
• 1 to 10 years experience in O&G or industrial industries (1 to 5 for tech, 5 to 10 for skilled tech)

• Have a basic understanding of facilities/process (from well to export). Be knowledgeable of hydrocarbons behavior and associated risks (explosion, asphyxia…).
• English speaking
