When 24-year-old Mark Sørensen started his career in NorSea Denmark, first as a student assistant, then in an internship, where he properly didn’t think he would be NorSea Denmark's youngest manager as he is today.
His internship at NorSea has been a fantastic journey, where he quickly became involved in the many different departments, areas, and tasks, which has given him the experience he still uses today as a Business Support Manager, Mark says.
"It has been impressive to see him go from trainee to manager in such a short time. He has contributed with a lot of new knowledge and diversity, and to have young people like Mark in NorSea Denmark is something that we value a lot.” says Frank Mouridsen – Operations Director at Energy Solutions.
Meet Erik Skov our colleague who has worn his orange uniform for nearly 25 years.
Erik works at the CCU workshop, and his main tasks are repairs and service of customer offshore units like containers and baskets.
“I could retire if I wanted to, but I love having something to wake up to and I look forward to going to work. Of course, I look forward to going home as well but not more than I want to go back again tomorrow” Erik says.
Erik ended up at NorSea Denmark due to an acquiree of a division of his former company. He was positively surprised with the welcome he received and is quite happy with his job.
