Christian Drechsler Christensen is one of those people, and recently, he was appointed Director of Wind Technical Services in NorSea Denmark.
Where business development for some centres primarily around growth and opportunity, Christian’s role remains grounded in responsible execution, accountability, and long-term impact on the people who actually make the industry move.
“Having worked in wind energy for more than 30 years, I have been a part of an emerging sector that has had to find its place in an already booming energy industry. How can we reduce costs, raise efficiency, and make it more sustainable? It’s an impressive, but tricky growth curve, and we cannot forget what I believe is the most important asset of all: the people who are driving it,”
According to Christian, his priorities in this new role has not changed. His aim is to continue steadily raising the bar for how we work, who we work with, and how we treat the people who make it all possible.
