That was the message to the Chief of Defense from Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen earlier this year.
Supported by a 50 billion DKK acceleration fund, new legislation to streamline defense investments, and a National Defense Industrial Strategy to better support the military, the Danish Defense needs strengthening in every aspect – from military hardware to personnel, training, and industrial capacity.

This will be the topic at the INNOnet meeting on 20 January 2026, hosted by NorSea Denmark and Energy Cluster Denmark.
