"It is a fantastic workplace, and it always has been. It may sound silly, but I look forward to work every single day," Kent Olsen says.
Kent Olsen started out as a blacksmith and welder at Dan Serv in 1995, where he attained the position of union representative. Today, he works as janitor Teamleader in the Facility Department, having both practical and administrative responsibilities. No matter who we ask, colleagues or customers, the answer is the same. Kent is a fantastic person to be around, and he brings the right amount of experience, skill, and dad jokes to make any job seem like a breeze.
"I feel privileged to have Kent in our team, where humor, customer service, and responsibility are highly valued. There is no doubt that Kent is a well-liked colleague and union representative throughout NorSea Denmark," Henrik Munk Andersen, Facility & Property Senior Manager, says.
As time has passed, plenty of things have changed: Danbor became NorSea and ownership changed hands - not to mention the culture, and especially the people who came and went. Luckily, one thing hasn't changed through the years. Kent is still very much looking forward to his workday.
A big congratulations on the milestone, dear Kent!
