With more than 200 employees under her management and a nine-figure annual turnover in the department, there has been plenty to dive into for Trine Glavind since she accepted the role of Director for Energy Solutions in the fall.
"Luckily, I already knew the business quite well from my time as Contract Manager. It gave me an advantage in getting started properly in my new role," Trine says.
After just a few months in the role, Trine has already achieved positive results in the department. This is due, in part, to her approach to both staff and customers, as well as a targeted plan to create the best conditions for growth.
"It’s important to me that my colleagues are happy at work. They are the ones who create satisfied customers and, ultimately, a healthy business. You can go far with a positive approach, humor, and, not least, good communication," she concludes.
The numbers speak for themselves, but her boss, Anders Aalund Olsen, also believes Trine is the right person for the job:
"Trine is, without a doubt, skilled at leading both people and projects. She knows how to handle employees as well as customers. It’s a fantastic job she’s already done," Anders says.
