Peter Skovvang Jørgensen, Sr. Director Business Transformation, has had André Schou on as an intern for the last couple of months and is thrilled with the work he has put in during his time:

André Schou has been with us at NorSea Denmark for more than two years in a multitude of different positions: “I’ve seized opportunities as they have arisen and been given time and space to figure out where my qualities and interests align the most. My journey within Energy Solutions, which I have been a part of from the ground up, has been a huge advantage in my current internship. It has deepened my understanding of NorSea and made me more likely to spot areas for improvement, which may otherwise have gone unrecognized. It is a great feeling to be an active and contributive force, instead of just an intern who gets assigned mundane tasks.”

He goes on and rejoices in the growth and experiences gained during his internship under Peter Skovvang Jørgensen’s mentorship: “I’ve developed my practical knowledge immensely, gaining hands-on experience that has been extremely insightful. The innovative thinking required of me every day really suits my preferred work style – I love finding solutions to challenges that don’t have a predetermined or set-in-stone answer. I find myself thriving under the guidance and leadership of Peter.”
