At NorSea, we acknowledge and respect our responsibility as an employer and business partner. We want to be an active contributor to a safe and healthy workplace, and we strive hard to create a strong safety mindset and safety culture amongst our employees. We are committed to promoting a highly ambitious sustainable operation.

The NorSea HSSEQ-department records all incidents and monitors our progress in accordance with the ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015, and 45001-1800 management systems.

In the past ten+ years, the NorSea Base Operation has seen one single Lost Time Incident. Building a strong safety culture has been a high priority in NorSea for decades. The vigilant and proactive approach to safety has enabled us to celebrate several safety milestones, and we have been recognized for a strong safety performance by our business partners Linde Group and TotalEnergies as well as the National Council for Safer Transport.

We continue to work towards improving our low TRIF (Total Recordable Incident Frequency)
