Mechanical Technician, Offshore

Hvem er du:
- Uddannet mekaniker, maskinmester eller maskinarbejder med offshore erfaring
- Erfaren i mekanisk vedligehold
- Gerne med en eller flere af: HLO, MOB/Fast Rescue Boat og Brandbekæmpelse certifikater
- Gode Dansk og Engelsk kundskaber
- Opdaterede HUET/BOSIET/OPITO og H2S certifikat
- Teamplayer
- Safety First mindset
- Erfaring med SAP/Unisol og E-Cow
Nøgle opgaver:
- Forebyggende vedligeholdelse af mekanisk udstyr
- Udskiftning af ventiler og pumper
- Korrekt montering af flanger, pakninger og boltplaner
- Forebyggende vedligehold I henhold til vedligeholdelses planer på roterende udstyr
- Smøring og olieskift
- Løbende eftersyn ventiler
- Diagnosticering af fejl på og nedbrud af roterende udstyr, pumper m.m.
- Leje trækning og opretning ”alignment” af aksler
- Kan hjælpe med fjernelse og udskiftning af enhver type leje

- Preferably holder of one or more of the following certs: Coxswain, Fast Rescue Boat, Fireteam Member
- +5 years offshore experience from the O&G industry
- English speaking
- Valid BOSIET/HUET/OPITO and H2S certificates
- Teamplayer with good communication skills
- Safety first mindset
- Experience with SAP/Unisol and E-Cow
Key responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Exchange of valves and pumps
- Correct mounting and use of flanges, gaskets and bolt plans
- Preventive maintenance of rotating equipment
- Lubrication and oil changes etc.
- Continual supervision of valves and their function
- Assist with diagnostics of rotating equipment
- Pull bearing and shaft alignment
